To combat any factual inconsistencies, the incorrectness and interpretation of information received from service providers, individuals or entities are free to lodge disputes by downloading, completing and submitting said dispute form to our office. Once said dispute is received, an independent arbitrator will immediately be appointed to resolve the dispute. All costs relating to said arbitration will be for our account.
At the same time any individual or entity may upon request, at no cost to them, be provided with the personal information made available relating to previous verifications requests done. This request can be lodged by downloading, completing and submitting said access to information form. Once said request is received it will be evaluated and the information will be made available.
